The hot medium of the sauna, the sweating it causes, is a thousand of years old way to maintain the cardiovascular system and refresh the body and soul.

A sauna ceremony is a programme led by our sauna master who pampers guests with various infusions and essential oils – a true Nordic experience.
Sauna ceremonies are held every week on Friday and Saturday from 8:00 PM in the wellness area of Hotel Aurora.
A programme for one or two people during which our master uses an oak whisk with smoothing and tapping movements to enhance the effect of the sauna and nourish the skin.
