Air condition in the public premises:

The heating-cooling in the lobby, the restaurant and wellness area are centrally controlled.

Air condition in the room:

All rooms are air conditioned. The first two switch position can be adjusted by placing well below the intensity of the third shift. The air conditioning system functions only if the windows are closed.

Baby bed:

We can provide baby bed, with bed linen. For more information please contact the reception.

Balcony:

Each room has own balcony. The rooms are non-smoking so please, if you are smoking, do it in the balcony.

Bank card:

We accept the following card types: VISA, MasterCard, Maestro

Bar:

Can be found in the ground floor and open from 07:00 until 22:00.

Bathroom:

Our bathrooms are equipped with shower cabin, moreover we have one special room with bathroom for disabled guests.

Bin:

It can be found in each rooms and bathrooms.

Buffet breakfast in the restaurant of the hotel from 07:00 until 10:00.

Check-out time:

You have to leave the room until 10:00 on the day of departure. You can ask for the extensional use of the room and the wellness centre, which are the following:

if you would like to stay in your room until 12:00, it is gratis for our guests.
if you would like to stay after 12:00, we will charge 3.000.-HUF / hour until 18:00.
if you would like to stay after 18:00, we will charge a whole night for your stay.

Copying:

Available 24 hours at the reception.

Currency change:

We do not have an exchange service. You can settle your invoice in Hungarian Forint and Euro.

We provide the change in HUF.

Curtains:

There are Curtains and drapes in each room.

Drinking options:

Central minibar fridge is open 24 hours in the reception.

Electricity:

The room is electrified. In case, you place the room key into the magnetic case next to the door.

That is how you can turn on the lights and the TV.

Elevator:

Out elevator is a Thyssen type elevator, which can be found opposite of the entry. It is maintained according to expectations.

Escape plan:

It can be found on the internal side of the room door.

Exit:

According to the instruction placed in the inner side of the door.

Fire alarm:

Fire alarm and powder extinguishers are placed in each floor. The rooms are equipped with fire alarm. In case of the fire alarm sound turns on. In this situation please follow the escape instructions on the door and find the nearest exit to you and try to leave the hotel as soon as possible.

Furniture:

chair, bed, plug, LCD TV, safe, bedside, wardrobe, mirror, lamp

Housekeeping:

The rooms are cleaned every day. This means that we change the bedclothes after 3 nights and we change the towels after 2 nights. The daily cleaning means that our colleagues empty the garbage and descaling the watered parts of the bathroom. If you need any extra cleaning or textile replacement, please, let to know to the reception or use the ‘Cleaning, please’ table.

Internet:

Free Wi-Fi access in the rooms and publish areas, called Aurora-Free, password: hotel2013.

Ironing facilities with iron and stand:

If necessary, ironing facilities can be requested, for which we can provide an iron and stand.

This can be requested from reception colleagues who will be happy to help.

Laundry:

You have chance to wash your clothes if it’s necessary. You can put your laundry into the bag in the room, and give it to the receptionist. Dry cleaning is not available in the hotel. The prices of the service are the following:

underwear: 700 HUF / piece
pajamas, tracksuit: 1.500 HUF / 2 pieces
shirt: 900 HUF / piece
trousers / jeans: 1.500 HUF / piece

Lobby:

With its plants and luminosity it fills you up with energy. We can serve drinks from the bar while you are sitting on the comfortable sofa.

Lost items:

In case you find lost items please contact the reception.

Luggage rack:

It can be found in the room besides the drawer.

Luggage service:

If necessary, our colleagues are available on arrival and departure to assist you with the delivery of your luggage.

Massage:

Available in the wellness centre on floor -1. You can find a detailed description of the massage types and prices at the reception. For appointment and more information, please contact the colleagues at the reception.

Mirrors:

It can be found in the bathrooms, halls and bedrooms.

Package offers:

Package service:

If necessary, our colleagues are available on arrival and travel of our guests to assist you with the delivery of luggage.

Parking:

Hotel has its own parking places what you can use the following prices:

outdoor parking place: 1.200. - HUF / night
deep garage: 2.000. - HUF / night.

We have a 24 hours reception service. For any enquiries please contact to them.

Restaurant:

The hotel’s restaurant can be found on the ground floor and is open from 07:00 until 22:00.

Room card:

This is your door opening device. The room gets under electricity in case you place in the magnetic case beside the door. That is how you can switch on the light as well. In case that the card gets damaged or you lose it, let us to know, contact the reception. Please, keep the card with you and hand it at the reception while checking out.

Room safe:

Every room has a safe. You can find it inside the wardrobe.

Room telephone:

The device on top of the bedside serves making internal calls.

Rooms:

Our hotel has 80 non-smoking rooms, where 15 are superior rooms and 1 room for disabled guests.

Sauna:

It can be used free of charge from 08:00 until 21:00 in the wellness centre. In the sauna department you can find a Finnish sauna, an Infra-red cabin and a salt cabin.

Sauna sheet:

If you would like to claim it, you can ask at the reception for free of charge.

Shoe shine kit:

Our hotel has a shoe shine kit, which can be requested at reception.

Shoehorn:

In our rooms you will find a shoehorn to help you with your shoes.

Slippers:

Hotel slippers can be requested at the reception, which costs 990.- / pair.

Smoking:

Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. You cannot smoke in the room. You can find the official smoking place in front of the hotel’s entrance.

Umbrella:

Should you require an umbrella, you can request one from our reception.

Taxi:

If you would like to order taxi, our colleagues are willing to help you at the reception.

Technical assistance:

Our maintainer colleague on duty is available on weekdays, until 16:00. With technical problems, please contact the reception.

Textiles:

If you need an extra pillow, blanket, bedding exchange, please, ask for the reception or during the day from the chambermaids.

In case of early change, the charge are the following:

Bed lines: 1400.-HUF/person/set

Towels: 700.-HUF/piece

Toiletries:

Each of our rooms has the following basic toiletries, tools: brushing set, shaving set, shower cap, vanity set.

Towels:

You can find one bath towel, one medium towel, one cosmetic towel and one bath-tub towel for each person. If you need any extra changes about the towels, or any extra cleanings in addition to the housekeeping rules you can ask from our chambermaids or from the reception for extra charges.

Wellness centre:

Available every day from 08:00 until 21:00. In the 600 square metre wellness centre everyone can find the way to relax.
