Our Frequent Guest Program is favorable for our guests who want to have more experiences when they return, under more favorable conditions.

How does someone become a Regular Guest?

Terms and conditions of the regular guest program:

The discounts of our program can be used by our guests who make their reservation through our own website, by telephone or e-mail, and in person. Those who book a room in our hotel through accommodation sites, travel agencies and online booking systems are NOT eligible for the benefits of our regular guest program.

Terms of use for the regular guest program:

• The discount of our regular guest program is ONLY available from the price of the already booked package!
• our regular guest program is personal, NOT transferable!
• the discount is ONLY available for the full value of the accommodation!
• Additional obligations, such as the tourist tax, the payment of restaurant and / or minibar consumption and other hotel services, are not eligible for the discount!
• The discounts of our regular guest program cannot be combined with other discounts!
• Our regular guest program can be used for a maximum of 3 rooms at a time, if the cardholder of our regular guest program is present and uses our services!
• In our regular guest program, our guests arriving at valid prices within the framework of corporate, individual contracts are NOT eligible!

The levels of our regular guest program are marked in gold and silver, which are available as follows:

• in order to receive the silver card, which offers a 10% discount, it is necessary to book accommodation in our hotel at least 5 times within 3 calendar years

• in order to receive the gold card, which offers a 15% discount, it is necessary to book at least 10 times in our hotel within 3 calendar years

Validity of our regular guest program:

Our Loyalty Program is for an indefinite period. The hotel reserves the right to change the program at any time. If the program is modified, the modified program will be binding for bookings received from the date of the modification.

Other important information:

In order to validate the discount of our Loyalty Program, please always book your accommodation under the same name!

Booking process:

You can book your room in the way you know before: by phone, by e-mail and in person. The discount of the Loyalty Guest Card cannot be validated for bookings received through various accommodation intermediary sites! When booking, please quote the Loyalty Card number for easier identification. The card MUST be presented during payment!
