Sauna

Finnish sauna
The sauna dates back more than 2,000 years. Its origin is unclear, but we know that it was known to the Finno-Ugric peoples. The Finns can be called the instigators of sauna culture, because they have mostly preserved the ancient tradition of this.

It can also be used to achieve mental and physical fitness or, conversely, to “exhaust” ourselves after a stressful day or week.

The relaxing sauna
The stay is a maximum of 15 minutes / time (in all cases).
For a relaxing sauna, it is best to go into the sauna 3-4 times.

Also pay attention to the cooling and resting phase. It is worth at least 15-20 minutes between sauna sessions, along with cooling down, but if we allow ourselves more rest, we will get the expected result. However, sleeping between sauna sessions is not recommended.

Our best advisor is our body, if we don’t want to or feel better than average beat our hearts wait a little longer. Sauna is really for our “physical and mental” recreation, let’s not want to satisfy anyone, it’s not a survival program.

Our twenty-person Finnish sauna offers an ideal opportunity for our dear guests to make the most of the sauna experience!

Infrared sauna
The infrared sauna essentially uses the healing power of warmth to help you relax and unwind. The operation of these cabins is very simple: the built-in infrared radiators produce rays of wavelengths that heat not our air but our bodies.

More specifically, they transfer their heat energy to the water in our body. Since most of our body is made of water, the whole body heats up evenly.

Unlike the Finnish sauna, it is not the air that warms up and thus our body, but the tissues directly under our skin, so it sweats the user at a much lower temperature, operating between about 45 and 60 degrees.

The use of the infrared sauna is very simple, but there are a few things you should be aware of to make the infrared sauna more pleasant. For beginners, it is worth starting at a lower temperature - 45-50 degrees - and the time spent indoors should not exceed 20 minutes!

With each day, we can also increase the temperature and the time spent indoors. In general, do not stay inside for more than 50 minutes, it is very important to drink the right amount of fluid before and during the infrared sauna!

Have a good rest!
